Eric Schmidt has perhaps the best job on the planet right now. Leading a company that seems to do NO wrong. Stock price is OUT OF CONTROL high yet stable, new products are rolling out regularly and with clear focus. Google is entering the Web 2.0 space gradually... not too quickly (as the space is still being defined). Now they are finally ready to offer the online Web 2.0 office suite (and start selling it to business). Again this company seems to do no wrong.
This is an interview with Eric lasting about 35 minutes. I well spent 35 minutes... he is very intelligent and has great on stage presence. Seems to know his stuff for the most part, but most importantly seems to understand his companies (what some might find complicated) offerings. Google is a new breed of company, not in the traditional Microsoft, IBM, Oracle style. They are the biggest Web 2.0 company right now and show a continued push to remain the leaders.
